Using the site

Spinner Wheel is free to use for personal, educational, and commercial purposes. No account is required and no licence needs to be purchased.

You agree not to use the site in a way that breaks the law, infringes anyone’s rights, or interferes with its operation. That includes attempting to disrupt or overload the service, scraping it at a volume that degrades it for others, and circumventing or interfering with the advertising that funds it.

The wheel is provided as is

The site is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that results will suit any particular purpose. Features may change or be withdrawn without notice.

What the wheel is not for

The randomness on this site comes from the standard random number generator in your browser. It is suitable for everyday choices and for entertainment. It is not a certified or auditable randomness source.

Do not use Spinner Wheel for gambling, for lotteries or prize draws that carry a legal or regulatory audit requirement, or for any decision where a losing party may need documented proof of fairness. Do not rely on it for decisions affecting health, safety, legal position, or financial wellbeing; seek qualified advice for those instead.

Any decision you make after using the wheel remains yours. We are not responsible for its consequences.

Your content

Anything you type into a wheel stays on your own device and is never sent to us. You are responsible for what you enter, including making sure you have the right to use any names or personal information you put on a wheel.

Because we never receive this content, we cannot recover it, moderate it, or produce it on request.

Intellectual property

The site’s design, code, text, and graphics are owned by the operator and protected by copyright. You may use the site as intended and link to it freely.

You may not copy, republish, or redistribute substantial parts of the site’s content or code, or present the site as your own, without written permission. Short quotations with a link back are fine.

Advertising
