There is no support phone line and no live chat, because this is a small independently run site. Email is answered as quickly as we reasonably can, usually within a few working days.
What to write to us about
- Something is broken, or the wheel behaves unexpectedly on your device or browser.
- A feature you would find useful, or a wheel you would like us to build next.
- A question about privacy, cookies, or how your data is handled.
- A request to correct something on one of these pages.
- Advertising, sponsorship, or partnership enquiries.

Helping us fix a bug faster
If you are reporting a problem, tell us which page it happened on, which browser and device you were using, and what you expected to happen instead. A screenshot usually saves a round trip of questions.
It is worth mentioning that we cannot see anything you type into a wheel. Options and results stay on your device, so we have no logs to check on your behalf and rely entirely on what you can tell us.
Privacy and data requests
Spinner Wheel holds no user accounts and no personal database, so in most cases there is simply nothing for us to look up, export, or delete. If you have a question about the data our advertising partners collect, or want to exercise a right under data protection law, email support@spinnerwheel.tools and we will explain what applies and point you to the right controls.
